Although we are present in the facility, we are not always near the phone to take calls. We enjoy spending as much time as possible in the play yard with your pets. For that reason, please let us know which session you will be dropping off/picking up.

M-F: 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: ​7:00 to 8:00 a.m. & 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Sunday: ​5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

We are conveniently located a short drive West of Springfield, Illinois and a mile off of State Route 125. If coming from Springfield, take West Jefferson Street towards Pleasant Plains. West Jefferson St becomes Highway 97/125. After crossing Veterans Parkway, you will go through 2 different stoplights. The first being in Bradfordton and the second at the Highway 97/125 Junction (if you turned right, you will head towards Petersburg). Once you have gone through the 97/125 Juction, continue approx. 2 miles on State Route 125. Turn left (South) onto Parkes Kinner Rd. Continue approx. 1 mile to address 2315 Parkes Kinner Rd (we are the 1st place on the right).
